If you are an existing customer, then you can rate the Professional on our google page, and while booking your appointment for the next time, you will be given the option to choose the professional.
If you have already taken the service & rated the professional above 4 stars, You can book your preferred professional by : Adding services in your cart Selecting your preferred professional from the list of professionals Proceed with placing the booking
To ensure efficient use of our professional's time, there are minimum order requirements for each category. If the services you've selected does not meet the minimum order requirement, you will be prompted to add more services before you can proceed to checkout.
A cancellation fee is charged if you booked an appointment and the Professional is assigned. Also, if you cancel 2 hours before the service, there will be no cancellation fees.
